A prototype is the best way to test your ideas with your real audience. Whether it is your team or your customers,
there is no better way to express what you had in mind and receive productive feedback, than a prototype.
Take your ideas for a new feature, a new design concept or a new business process to the real world.
Build it light and fast, get real feedback and improve it. Do not spend too much time on ‘what if’ and ‘this is what I had in mind’, just build it, show it and move on.
Some call it ‘fake it until you make it’, I just think it is good practice.
